The Democratic Republic of the Congo
Our partnership with the Democratic Republic of the Congo runs deep and long. Four of our members have served in the DRC as healthcare providers, giving us on the ground information and up to date assessment of needs. Our personal connection is mostly one of financial and prayer support and direct mission through our American mission partners. We care deeply for the people of the DRC, particularly in West Kasai. Our mission partners in the past have worked in the village of Tshikaji and worked in the Good Shepherd hospital, as well as doing community development work with health centers and women’s clinics out in neighboring villages.
