Session Report - June 2008   

At its June meeting the BSPC Session: 

• Endorsed Shana Vernon as Inquirer for Minister of Word and Sacrament;

• heard about Emily Wilson’s upcoming mission service with the denomination’s Young Adult Volunteer Program, where she will spend eleven months in Northern Ireland;

• approved a display recognizing all who contribute to the Capital Campaign;
• approved creation of the Broad Street Heritage Center, which will chronicle the church’s history; and
• discussed the structure and organization of Session Committees and Councils.
