New Member Information

Rev. Jessie Commeret following

Worship service.

New members are received each month at the Session meeting.  Visitors are encouraged to indicate their interest in membership either on the Ritual of Friendship pad as it's passed during worship, or with one of the ministers who would be happy to meet with you and explain the membership process.

Throughout the year, new members are introduced to the congregation during the worship service.  An orientation class entitled Presbyterian 101 is offered periodically as well. This class explains the basics of Reformed theology and worship, Presbyterian history and governance, as well as the history of the Broad Street congregation. Presbyterian 101 takes place after worship and includes lunch. All are welcome!

Rev. Ann Palmerton and Rev. Stu Ritter greeting parishioners after the Sunday service.  This is an excellent time to tell one of our pastors that you are interested in talking about membership.  You are also encouraged to call a pastor at the church office, during the week, to discuss church membership (614 221-6552).
