An Update from Chairperson, Dick Briggs

Your committee is deep into the evaluation process of over eighty Personal Information Forms (PIF’s) of those who have matched our preferences through the Church Leadership Connection (CLC), self-referrals and those who have been referred after personal inquiry.  Through the magic of the worldwide web (www), we have been able to review hundreds of sermons and in some cases observe video casts of worship services and sermons as well.  We have found nearly every church in which we have an interest has a website giving us timely access to their activities and pictorials.  This is surely a quantum leap from the pastor searches of 10, 20 and 30 years ago that some of us on the committee have experienced.  So, you can imagine we are up to our ears in pixels and megabytes and more enthused than ever.  Stay tuned.
